Lifetime deals purchased through AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 60 days of purchase, use your AppSumo account; the refund is processed by AppSumo and your CloviLegal access for that license is deactivated.

Subscription plans

Monthly and annual subscriptions purchased directly may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

AI usage

Because AI generation incurs real per-use cost, consumed AI credits are non-refundable, but unused tier access is covered by the guarantees above.
